Smoked Cranberry Bourbon Sour

Table of Contents

This is our first recipe we have released using Thyme Smoke Dust. Thyme has an earthy, minty, and slightly lemony flavor, so it is the perfect pairing for drinks with citrus and robust notes.

Cranberries are in season right now and with Thanksgiving coming up, it is time to start indulging! This cocktail will be the perfect night cap on Thanksgiving night, so keep this recipe fresh in your brain when you grocery shop for the big dinner.

Typically, I like to smoke Whisky Sours with Bourbon Barrel or Lemon Smoke Dust. BUT! Thyme does have that slight lemony taste, so it mixes very well with Bourbon Sours. Thyme is a deeper flavor so it pairs well with lighter-flavored drinks.
