Herbs and spices are more subtle

I treated myself to the Smokeshow cocktail smoker kit as a Father’s Day present last year. I’ve been joyed the applewood, Cherrywood, Bourbon barrel, and Hickory, using these to smoke, cocktails, Particularly with a smoked old-fashioned or Manhattan.
I also look forward to the various cocktail recipes, offered by the smoke show people. As for the herbs and spices, I find that they are more subtle. I prefer the more robust flavors. I intend to continue to experiment with all of the flavors available.
