Smoked Peachy Arnold Palmer

I am sure we have all tried one of the classic Arnold Palmers in the giant jug from the grocery store at least once in our life. A favored mixture of the gold GOAT, the Arnold Palmer was born out of, you guessed it, Arnold Palmer’s love for lemonade and iced tea. His wife, Winnie, enjoyed the same but substituted the iced tea for sweet tea.

We decided to create our own version called the Peachy Palmer!

So, our version of an Arnold Palmer is made with sweetened Peach tea, lemonade, and bourbon!  This recipe is made for just one cocktail, but it could be easily turned into a pitcher by simply changing the amounts, but keeping the same ratio. 

Since this drink is so light in taste, it is perfectly paired with our Lemon Peel smoke dust. It does not weigh the drink down and gives another note of lemon throughout the entire drink! If you don’t have our Lemon Peel Smoke Dust yet, it also goes well with Bourbon Barrel Smoke Dust!

Smoked Peachy Palmer

A twist on a classic Arnold Palmer cocktail!

Equipment

  • Smokeshow Cocktail Smoker
  • Butane Torch

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 2 oz Lemonade
  • 2 oz Peach Iced Tea
  • 1 oz Bourbon

Garnish & Smoke

  • 1 Lemon slice
  • 1 pinch Lemon Peel Smoke Dust

Instructions

Cocktail

  • Pour all ingredients in a glass and stir with ice.
    2 oz Lemonade, 2 oz Peach Iced Tea, 1 oz Bourbon

Smoke

  • Smoke it!
    1 pinch Lemon Peel Smoke Dust

Garnish

  • Add your slice of lemon and enjoy!
    1 Lemon slice
