Pomegranate Old Fashioned

Table of Contents

As someone who appreciates a good cocktail, I wanted to share with you an Old Fashioned that is ready for spring. What sets this recipe apart from the classic version is the addition of pomegranate simple syrup, which adds a delicious fruity flavor and a touch of sweetness.

This Old Fashioned has a perfect balance of flavors, with the smokiness playing off the sweetness of the pomegranate syrup and the bitterness of the angostura-soaked seeds. The best part of the drink is the tangy bursts of pomegranate seeds at the bottom!
