Let’s round out the month of February with another red cocktail to celebrate loooooove.
Enjoy this refreshing “play” on a cherry coca-cola! This cocktail combines ingredients that you most likely already have in your cocktail cabinet. It has a light flavor, but with a punch of cherry! We smoked it with Cherry Smoke dust to amp up the cherry even more, but Rosemary Smoke Dust would bring out some earthiness in this cocktail!
Cherry and Gin Fizz

- 1 Smokeshow Cocktail Smoker
- 1 Butane Torch
- 1 Mixing glass & spoon
Ingredients
Cocktail
- 2 oz Gin
- 3/4 oz Aperol
- 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
- 1 oz Grenadine
- soda water to top
Garnish & Smoke
- 1 pinch Cherry Smoke Dust
- 1-2 Luxardo Cherries
Instructions
Smoke Rinse
- Smoke Rinse Glass. Place smoker on top and smoke- don't remove smoker until drink is ready to be poured.1 pinch Cherry Smoke Dust
Cocktail
- Stir ingredients in a mixing galss with ice until cold.2 oz Gin, 3/4 oz Aperol, 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth, 1 oz Grenadine
- Pour into readied glass.
Garnish
- Top with soda water and skeweted cherries.1-2 Luxardo Cherries, soda water to top
