Cherry and Gin Fizz

Equipment

  • 1 Smokeshow Cocktail Smoker
  • 1 Butane Torch
  • 1 Mixing glass & spoon

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 2 oz Gin
  • 3/4 oz Aperol
  • 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth
  • 1 oz Grenadine
  • soda water to top

Garnish & Smoke

  • 1 pinch Cherry Smoke Dust
  • 1-2 Luxardo Cherries

Instructions

Smoke Rinse

  • Smoke Rinse Glass. Place smoker on top and smoke- don't remove smoker until drink is ready to be poured.
    1 pinch Cherry Smoke Dust

Cocktail

  • Stir ingredients in a mixing galss with ice until cold.
    2 oz Gin, 3/4 oz Aperol, 3/4 oz Sweet Vermouth, 1 oz Grenadine
  • Pour into readied glass.

Garnish

  • Top with soda water and skeweted cherries.
    1-2 Luxardo Cherries, soda water to top
