Orange Marmalade Whiskey Sour

Sour and sweet, just the way I like it!

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker
  • 1 Citrus Press
  • 1 Smokeshow Cocktail Smoker
  • 1 Butane Torch

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 2 oz bourbon
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1-2 tbsp orange marmalade adjust for your sweetness level

Garnish & Smoke

  • 1 pinch Lemon Peel or Bourbon Barrel Smoke Dust
  • 1 orange twist

Instructions

Cocktail

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Shake with ice. Strain into glass over ice.
    2 oz bourbon, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1-2 tbsp orange marmalade

Garnish & Smoke

  • Place smoker on top of glass, add smoke dust of choice, smoke & garnish!
    1 pinch Lemon Peel or Bourbon Barrel Smoke Dust, 1 orange twist
