Pomegranate and Ginger Cocktail

  • Smokeshow Cocktail Smoker
  • Butane Torch

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 2 oz Pomegranate Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Gin
  • 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • Ginger Beer

Garnish & Smoke

  • 1 pinch Lemon Peel Smoke Dust

Instructions

Cocktail

  • Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker except for the ginger beer.
    2 oz Pomegranate Juice, 1 1/2 oz Gin, 1/2 oz Simple Syrup, 1/2 oz Lemon Juice
  • Pour into glass over.

Smoke

  • Smoke and top with ginger beer!
    Ginger Beer, 1 pinch Lemon Peel Smoke Dust
