Raspberry Chocolate Martini

A sweet and creamy raspberry & chocolate martini!

Equipment

  • 1 Cocktail Shaker & Strainer
  • 1 Smokeshow Cocktail Smoker
  • 1 Butane Torch

Ingredients

Cocktail

  • 1 oz Raspberry Vodka
  • 1.5 oz Creme de Cacao
  • 1 oz Heavy Cream

Garnish & Smoke

  • 1 pinch Cinnamon Smoke Dust
  • 2-3 skewered Raspberries
  • Chocolate Syrup Drizzle

Instructions

Cocktail

  • Ready a glass by drizzling chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass, starting at the top to allow it to drip down the glass.
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shake with ice. Shake!
  • Strain into glass.

Garnish & Smoke

  • Place smoker on top, add dust, and smoke for 6-10 seconds.
  • Remove smoker, add skewered raspberries and enjoy!
