Rosemary and Lavender Gimlet

Equipment

  • 1 pot for simple syrup
  • 1 heat-safe sealable container
  • 1 Smokeshow Cocktail Smoker
  • 1 Butane Torch

Ingredients

Roesmary Simple Syrup

  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5-6 sprigs rosemary

Cocktail

  • 2/5 oz Purple Gin
  • 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz Rosemary simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz elderflower

Garnish & Smoke

  • 1 pinch Lavender Smoke Dust Rosemary works well too!

Instructions

Rosemary Simple Syrup

  • Combine ingredients in a pot over medium-high heat. Let cool and transfer to a heat-safe container.
    1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 5-6 sprigs rosemary

Cocktail

  • Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigoursly!
    2/5 oz Purple Gin, 1/2 oz lime juice, 1 oz Rosemary simple syrup, 1/2 oz elderflower
  • Strain into coupe glass.

Garnish & Smoke

  • Add a pinch of lavender dust and smoke away! Enjoy!
    1 pinch Lavender Smoke Dust
